I have some 33" TSL bias ply tires that have been holding up an engine less fj55 for about a year or so. I picked up another toyota and put these tires on.
It has been a while since I've driven bias plies, but normally they get "round" feeling after 10 minutes of asphalt. These tires now are so out of round that the truck gets dangerous above 35mph on asphalt. I drove it for a good 20 miles or so, and even went mud bogging, and they are still super flat and rough.
Can sitting kill a bias ply, and give it a permanant flat spot? These tires have 80% tread still.
