Ive got many accessories running to my terminals and think it's time to upgrade terminals that can handle the many connections. Anybody using something good out there? Looking at the military spec ones but not sure if those are the best for all the gadgets. If you got pics that would help.

^^X2 on the military terminals.

Very few things should hook directly to your battery terminals. The starter cable, the ground cable and the fusible links. Anything else should hook up to the chassis end of the fusible link or have its own fusilble link and/or fuse block.

First reply nailed it. Milspec with a blue seas fuse block.

I set both of my batteries up like this with a 100amp maxi fuse powering each fuse block.

You guys have pics of this setup. Currently I have winch and amp running power from battery and am adding and inverter. Don't want it all running to battery. I have a fuse block for inverter. How many connections can you make to fuse block? Or should you have dedicated fuse block for certain things?

This is the auxiliary (aka Marine aka House) battery. No terminals are needed on this side because the batter has them.

I used Toyota OEM clamps instead of mil spec. I figure if they are good enough for 20+ years they are good for another 20+ years with new ones.

This is the main battery.

Blue Sea fuse panel with my Morningstar Sun Saver controller and Blue Sea 80 amp breaker mounted on a piece of sheet metal I had fabbed per @NLXTACY's specs.

@LS1FJ40 thanks for the pics. Nice setup. Wondering if Anyone knows if there's a distribution block out there that I can use to run power from battery to multiple sources. The blue sea fuse block is a straight single terminal. I'm sure can wire more to it but I'd like to keep it neat.

Nice setup. You wouldn't happen to have a wiring diagram showing what is connected to what? I am an electrical dummy.

Not sure what you mean. My Blue Sea runs separate power to my fridge, inverter, lights, and aux USB.

You're running blue sea fuse box not block. Not sure how many large gauge wires you have running to the box. Seems the fuse box can run smaller amp fuses but can you run inverter, winch etc to that? Most those things are running large gauge wire that I'd think needs large fuse. Guess not sure about how you wired them up. I figured running a single wire from battery to a fused distribution block that has multiple power outs would help keep track of things.

Winches and inverters need their own lines. I don't know of any fuse boxes that would handle that kind of load. You could run a dual fuse holder with blade style fuses at best I'm guessing.

I'm no authority really, I just mostly do what these guys say, and I agree, run a nice stout line from a heavy duty terminal to a fuse box nearby. Get more fused points than you think you need so it can grow with your rig in the future.

PowerPost - 3/8"-16 Stud - Blue Sea Systems

We used one of these and ran 2/0 cable to the rear of a toyota pickup where we relocated the factory battery under the bed. Mounted this inside the fender and used it to power winch, starter, blue sea fuse block, and factory fuse block. Made sure each lug was super clean and mounted batt, winch, and starter cable first then smaller accessories on top. Came out pretty decent.

The blue sea fuse block he has are the same ones I have. Running lots of circuits off each anywhere from 15amp to 40 amp fused with 12 awg.
I had same fuse block in 4Runner and is good for smaller stuff but larger stuff uses a anl fuse block. Just wonder how many things can hook to anl fuse block?
Or do I have to use a few?
