So, I haven't been able to find much on anything to beef up the front other than to throw a solid axle on.

Is there any content or anything floating around in regards to:

- Front Diff Swap from another Toyota bigger than 8"
- Spindle gussets - I don't really see anything out there - has anyone bent their OEM spindles?
- Coilover conversion KIT - don't think there is one out there.
- Steering rack Swap - what's the difference between the LC200 and LC100?
- Just anything to give a little piece of mind if the tire sizes go to 35" and even 37"?

Heck - even the rear - has anyone outboarded their rear shocks for more droop?

Seems to me that you're looking for problems that for the most part don't really exist. The only beefing part I know of are trailing arm/torsion bar reinforcement plates. We already have the biggest front IFS diff Toyota built AFAIK.

There has been a couple coil over conversions done but it's a huge undertaking and very little demand (especially when cost is factored in). If you want front coils get a 200 series. Solid axle, 80 series. If you want to rock crawl there are better platforms than the 100 series.

Yup. I know. The 100 has some things working against it. I'm not posting if I should get a 200 or 80 series though. Just trying to get responses from folks who've actually had an imagination to do these things, as unpractical as it is.

Add front locker to front diff, use OEM CV axles…..that’s about it.

Breaking CV axles (yes even the OEM ones) is not uncommon, but AFAIK there isn't a beefier option out there

The 100 front diff is substantially weaker, compared to the 200 one. Unfortunately they are fully incompatible.

Thanks for the correction. The rear 3rd member is interchangeable but the 200 front diff is different...

How different is it, exactly? I remember now that it's shared with the 2nd gen Tundra/Sequoia. So there's plenty of them around...
