Once again a fantastic event, I had a great time. But, I will not wheel @ the Cove again. I just think $71 just to wheel for 1 day is outrageous.

hmm..despite getting the membership upgrade, it's not letting me upload anymore pictures. meh.

You can only upload 3 pics per post, but can upload many pics.

Why did it cost $71 dollars for one day of wheeling? It cost me $82 for Thursday through Sunday, in addition to the event fee and meal ticket, of course. How is this different from Rausch for Fall Crawl last year or CMCC this year if you only come up for the day, but pay the event registration fee and the park's wheeling fee?

I was charged:
$25 driver
$15 passenger
$15.50 a piece "park use fee"

It is $42 for my wife and I to wheel @ Rausch.

^ makes me miss the Left Coast where wheeling is only the price of gasoline.
I remember the Cove being pretty fun though. Looks like it was a fun trip for Fall Crawl, and you may save some gasoline driving to Gore instead of Rausch.

It would have cost you that to go to any other park. Roush Creek would have been $10 more to drive and $10 cheaper for the rider them you need a yearly member ship. and more in fuel to get there.
And the Cove have hot showers.
I hope it's at the cove again next year? It's a good change from Roush.

Thanks again to BBRC for holding the event.

We did some really fun trails.

The fees were higher but I saved a lot on gas:beer:

I agree, waaay to expensive but we had a great time.

camping for 2 nights and wheeling for two days with my older son was 144 plus my wife and three other kids came friday night and paid another 137 to camp for two nights and wheel one day.

280 bucks seems like alot to camp in a field with no water, electric or nearby restrooms.

great pics, looks like it was a blast! maybe ill make it to next years

Had a great time , was my first time out in my truck . My daughter and I had a blast , and cant wait till the next one. BBRC did a great job , the raffle was awesome , food was super . We only wheeled for the day but it makes me feel better knowing I wasnt the only one to pay $70 for the day . I told them I was not staying the night too . I was told there was a $15 per person entrance fee. No big deal , its closer to home so it all works out . Good times .

You need to quit picking up the local leave them in the woods and do not feed them they will not leave you alone!
