I miss the curiser bonding meetings!
Ill hopefully be back on days before long. There is talk of putting a traveling RN on my shift as now they NEED open heart people, so now they have some incentive to get me on and trained. CANT WAIT! New experience, home at night with the lil woman, back to membership status and tues. cruiser meetings with beer and SH*T pizza.

Well, we got back from Hawaii and I hit the "honey-do" list and then went to work, now have a couple of side-jobs, and hope to get it down to the frame shop this week.
Starting to get that "just walk away" feeling again this week. I keep looking at the new Tundra's and thinking...

Depends on the frame damage. I've straightened a few, it's more trial and error than anything. Having a big chunk of I-beam 20 feet long helps a bunch. I've even straightened them lengthwise and for twisting, so If I can do it, most anybody can probably figure it out...
Just for info, I have access to some 55 gallon drums that have been sealed. They would require draining of the algicide and flushing, but they sure would come in handy on a run like this if you guys want one...JACK.....Hint, Hint....
We had originally planned on attending this run, but I'm doubting that we make it. We might be able to sneak up for a day, but I'm not going to bet any money on it.
Just for info. I've got a truck for sale on Reno4x4 under the same username. If anybody wants a HP Dana 60 Kingpin style out of an 80's truck.

I know it sucks, but sometimes you are involved in some really cool stuff. I don't get to do Jury duty, because they know my profession makes us way too ...shall we say "hostile" towards the defense.

Yeah I think Chicago was on jury duty last week.
I've never been called before so it's kind of cool but I hope doing my civic duty doesn't interfere with my recreation time.

No...you are very welcome as is everyone regardless of rig brand to come along on our runs. You just need to be a Toyota 4x4 owner to belong to the BBCNN but you don't need to belong to the BBCNN to participate on our runs/events.

Just phoned the gas station/bar/restaurant/motel in Denio Junction: They have gasoline for sale...no problemo. I was, however, afraid to ask the price
Be sure to bring cash for the Denio gas up as they don't take plastic. They do have an ATM there but I don't know what the fees are and whether or not it is always functioning reliably: You've been warned!
We'll gas up in Winnemucca on Friday morning before heading to Denio Junction for top-off of tanks before heading to KC.
