bathroom sink faucet

Wife noticed our bathroom sink faucet was suddenly spraying all over the place. Looks like whatever was retaining the 4 stainless mesh filters in place disintegrated. There appears to be no thread on the inside, so what actually goes in there for a replacement?

That entire assembly screws out.

Get some Kroil from Kano.
NAPA has it
It will loose it up so you can screw it out

Yeah, this whole thing (the aerator) unscrews

Thanks. it looked like one piece, and it sure felt like one trying to remove it! Had to soak it for awhile in some PB Blaster to get it loose.
