Bartlets Off Road park Liberty SC May 9th

Wanted to post up and see if there was enough interest for a run at the new Bartlets Off Road park in Liberty SC on Sat. May the 9th. This place is right in UC's back yard and supposedly about 3 times the size of Gulches. From the reviews I have read by other 4X4 clubs in the area it seems everyone has been impressed with the place. I understand it is $15 dollars to ride all day and I believe an additonal $5 per passenger.

Let's get together and check this place out!!! If there is enough interest I will hash out some details for meeting places and times..

Bartlets is not too far from our house, we)+) want to host an after wheelin cook out. We are thinking hotdogs and hamburgers and drinks.

I hate to do this guys but I am thinking it might be best to postpone this ride for now. It appears we only have 3 committed to coming for sure. I believe it being mothers day weekend and the URE trip at the end of may are taking a toll on the attendance. I think it would be best to push it back to July or August and see if we can't get a big crowd out there.

Chad I want to thank you for offering to host a cookout after the trail ride and if you are up for it we will take you up on the offer when we reschedule the ride.

No problem I'll keep an eye out for the next one, I am going to put together a camping expedition style trip in September off of the BRP. I am thinking of the weekend after Labor Day, So y'all give me some feedback on this and the date so it can get planned.

Chad - go ahead and start a new thread and I'll 'sticky' it. We can use that for planning.

Early September (or around then) will be the Annual Meeting so we will have to dodge it.
