1994 Toyota Land Cruiser For Sale in Baltimore, Maryland
I have owned this vehicle since 2011. It runs very well and is completely stock except for the 35” tires and lift kit. I doubt you can find an unrestored 1994 Land Cruiser in better condition. I bought a 2016 Tundra for hauling so the Land Cruiser must go. Below is a list of items beyond routine maintenance that have been tackled over the last 11 years. There is very little rust and she has been garage kept since I bought her. She only shows 145k miles which I believe is close to the actual mileage. I did drive infrequently for about a year with a broken odometer. Everything other than items listed below works including all available factory options to include the factory triple lockers (rear locker doesn't engage), rear seats, sunroof, power leather seats and roof rack. The receiver hitch is only for light duty such as a bike rack. I am asking $17k which I believe is a fair price.
Items tackled:
All rubber bushings in the suspension were replaced
brackets were installed to bring the caster back into spec for the 2.5” lift
steering damper replaced
air conditioner leaks fixed and new dryer installed
instrument cluster refurbished (drive light still out)
driver's side mirror repaired (still slightly wobbly)
aftermarket catalytic converter welded in
throttle cable replaced
K & N lifetime air filter installed
PHH replaced shortly before purchase
head gasket replaced shortly before purchase
minor leak in head gasket
Old Man Emu 2.5” lift installed shortly before purchase (4.5” inch total lift with 35” tires)
cruise control module cleaned and lubed – works well
sunroof drains cleared – no leaks in sunroof
new spark plugs, distributor cap and wires
new radiator
I am including the original hub caps which need paint.
An original owners manual, jack and tools are included.
Things that need attention:
rear locker fails to engage
drivers seat split on seam
ABS warning light comes on intermittently – The wiring harness and sensor have been replaced. The problem probably lies in a loose connection.
interior light stays on intermittently– probably a door switch problem – I keep the light switched off to avoid battery problems.
speedo is 10% low due to oversized tires
electric antenna shaft is broken
original radio has poor reception and CD player inoperative
drivers side lock does not work with key – fobs worked until main battery died
