I struggled with the balancing beads for months on my last truck with recentered double beadlocks and 37" mts. Trailworthy's suggestion, which worked for me but took a lot of effort, was to buy one of these:

You air up the tire, install it on the balancer, and then pour the balancing media(airsoft in my case) into a baggie on the high side of the tire until it balances out. That way you know exactly how much balancing media you need for each tire.

I also broke down the tires and spun on the rim until I got them as close to balanced as possible before adding the beads.

How do you use that balancer? Have any pics?

I don't have any pictures. I thought I took some but can't find them.

The video pretty much sums it up though. With the larger tires you will probably not be able to just pick them up and drop them straight onto the balancer like that though. I placed a step stool next to the balancer, stood the tire up on the stool and then leaned it down onto the balancer.

There is a cone in the middle that centers the tire.
