Once again, time to plan to spend the day buying, selling, looking at, and talking Land Cruisers and parts, and hanging out with other Cruiser Heads.

Just talked to Andy, he said Kay Spector has graciously offered up some items to raffle off, a fellow local cruiser head will be on site with his Taco Wagon so we won't have to drive up the street for grub. As usual, some top name vendors will be represented. Looking forward to seeing old friends and making new ones!

Should be able to make it.
Is Kay going to attend?

Kay told Andy that she'll try to make it. She sure is a class act, said she loves comming up and supporting our gatherings. Must be tough for her. But either way she'll donate some items to raffle off.

A couple more of us should be there again.

Hey cruiserfj45. What's the plan with that 80?
I picked it up with the intent of using the axles on my FJ60 and using some other parts on the wife's FZJ80. Right now for the right price I am willing to part with it. And for that most important question, Yes it does have lockers, so the sale price would need to get me ARB's, gears and setup kit plus extra for what I would loose out on swappable parts for the wife's Cruiser. But on the up side I would deliver depending on location.

Wow, Jacob. You did what I was thinking of doing, but didn't have the resources for. I wanted to put that thing on a trailer, bring a bunch of tools, floor jack, compressor, etc. and have a pick-a-part right there at the swap meet.

Well it didn't go so well in Stockton. Spent $90 in fuel, $10 to get in, and sold $15 in parts. And pulling it with my wife's FZJ80 was 2 hr of white knuckle driving. I may still bring it if I get enough interest.

Cruiser, my wife and I saw you on 99 / Shaw last week. Kinda hard to miss one 80 towing another! I thought about picking your parts truck up off of craigslist but I have nowhere to put it! I'm working on our recent purchase and hope to see you in bakersfield.

Sorry to hear that our swap meet was a bust for you Jacob. I thought we had a great turn-out and things seemed to sell.

Let me know next time you need something. I'll do what I can to help offset the cost of your trip.

Looks like I'll see you guys down there in a week. I plan on attending again and bringing a few things.
If anybody is looking for anything in particular, please let me know. Even regular items like knuckle rebuild kits or anything along those lines.
It's a long drive and costs a few bucks in fuel .......

No worries, the trip is worth it just hanging with fellow addicts. I might not bring the parts 80 in favor of the FJ45.
