great pix!!

what is your comfortable range with the three gas cans?

500 miles 4 hi and maybe down to 400 miles with alot of deep sand 4 low.
I have 38.2 gallon capacity. The 3 cans are for water no gas on the rear bumber. I was using that water for clean water showers in between salt water showers.

Seth I used the Navigator and a Baja Almanac. In some more remote places Seems like hurricane Marty wiped some old roads away. If you are headed south of San Francisquito.

cool, Thanks!

couple questions if ya don't mind...

- what kind of gps are you using?

- what kind of boat is that? what size engine? i like the portability ...

- i'm familiar with the baja almanac, but what's the Navigator?

thanks!

Stop, you can't post any more stories or pics of Baja. First, it just makes me ill that I'm at work instead of there. Second, you might give folks the idea that it's a great place to visit. That leaves less room for me. It's bad enough that you were there :flipoff2:

Here is the Google Earth track of my last adventure.

I would not recommend any one going down there all these dangerous birds waiting for you to break down. Thanks for the tracks what was your favorite part of the trip? And how much time did you give yourself? Looks like you went from Bahia De Los Angeles to El Arco to 1 and no side trips to the sea?

My goal was to spend a week in the south Cape. Ended up taking more time than I thought. Did a side trip to Agua Verde and the mountains to the west. Also came down the Gulf route from across Isla San Jose to La Paz, then the route that hugs the Gulf south of La Paz to San Jose del Cabo. From there I came across the Sierra de la Laguna to Todos Santos.

I did camp at Boca Grande and at Bahia Concepcion.

how long did this trip take?

Ya how much extra time? It is very hard to head north once you get to the beaches down there.

I seem to recall I had 10 days once I crossed the border.
