WTF Over? Help needed!!!!!

I have a leak like the colorado river on my garage floor. So quart upon quart of red transmission fluid is invading my concrete flooring like the red army after the bolshevik revolution, ive pulled this thing out three times now and its still not sealing up right. any sugestions on this problem would be rewarded with an internet high-five and make believe beer. I tried two types of gasket maker and the third time putting it together i let the gasket stuff sit a bit longer and get nice and tacky before putting it together. WTF am i doing wrong here???????
