Avalon seats in a 80?

My Mother has a 2016 Avalon Touring, very nice. Today i was driving it an thinking just how nice the front seat are. They really would look perfect in a 80. Very comfortably, high quality leather, heated with lots of support. But mostly they are the right STYLE for a 80. They dont look like some big fat minivan seat but on the other hand they dont look like a racing seat. I measured a little and they are about the same width. They look like the might be a little higher in the seat bottom height. My clapped out 80 seat looks about 6.5" high about the rails. The Avalon looks about 8" but i forgot to see if they were adjusted raised up. I am going to take some more measurement next time i see my mother.

Has anyone else thought about this swap?

Well i am not exactly saying i am going forward with the swap...that might not fly so smoothly. But i will get some more measurements and maybe look around in a junkyard. Anyone know what years Avalon are the same seats?
