Progress update!

I put my new deflator in the console and installed the shift knob.

I'll start a new thread with pictures (with red arrows pointing out the important stuff) later.

Damn, sounds like you had a very long and busy day in the garage. Better go rest up and have an adult beverage to celebrate.

Very interested in the write up! How many degrees of rotation was required on the shift knob to achieve the knob manufacturers specified torque? How will you be securing the deflator?

18.27638° rotation at the jamb nut/shifter knob interface. Metric, of course.

After the FSM specified 9 full turns of the knob itself the Jamb Nut is brought up and torqued. The torque multiplier is divided by the hypothesis of a rhombus. Metric, of course.

The malphesis of the lagnatiude is essential to obtaining the proper esoterical operandi. Metric, of course.

I properly secured the deflation device by closing the console lid. But only after meticulously denoting the coordinates of said deflation device in relation to the gator jaw, the winch controller, and my monthly supply of maxi pads.
There is room left for beef jerky and masturbation socks.

Beef jerky and beat off socks not installed, but in use.

This tech should be a sticky

Very nice and informative write up. But i'm having trouble determining where the floor is in relation to the rest of the parts.

Those are leaves, not chips. Although chips would be nice.

The deflation device is free-sacking. As we all should be.

See updated detail in next post.

Should i seafoam before or after the shifter install?
