I know it's only been a coupla days, but I can't wait for the new PBRs to arrive.
Not really looking forward to dismounting & remounting on the beadlocks, but then again I am cause I'll have new tires.
 
Bring them to tech day. We can have drunken tire mounting races.

I got an email stating 8 to 12 weeks for delivery.
That's ok. I can wait.
 
Only 6 to 10 weeks left.
Even if they aren't here by tech day I can dismount the 35s and bring them if you're interested, Rome.

I do still have the original wheels also.
 
My Pit Bull order has changed status from pending to processing!!
 
I called Pit Bull just to check on my tires and they said 3 weeks (ish) till ship time.
I told them that was fine.
They were super nice and appreciactive.
Thanking me over and over for my order and patience .
Also they said something that kinda pissed me off.
He told me that many people were calling and bitchin them out for it taking so long. What the fxxx is wrong with people?!
He said people were accusing them of canceling orders on public forums and they were catching lots of s*** for stopping the sale early. He stated he hated answering the phone because of all the bitchin.
Hard to believe he did such a great thing and is catching so much s*** for it.
He did mention the pirate thread and how he's getting lots of positive support but how he was annoyed that people aren't even checking with them and just assuming their orders are cancelled because they haven't gotten them yet. I was assured no orders would be cancelled. I'm not worried. But I was curious so I called. Glad I did!

My new crawler gears arrived today!
Instructions have been read and I'm ready to put them in.
Doubt I'll be able to wait till tech day.
Is it wrong to call off work to put in new tcase gears?, I think not.

The "Super Mini" (some will get that refrence) is bout ready to get torn down for several upgrades.
I'll be so ready for the next wheeling trip!!!!
 
Following Joe's lead, I wanna also do some cab protection. I'll need to borrow the bender for that. PLEASE, John!!!???!!!

As an added bonus, and to show my respect and appreciation for Gobes, I'm gonna give the trailer a nice refresh. New fenders and paint and a little TLC.
Already re did the entire suspension, brakes and bearings, so those should all be good for another year.

I need a 1.5" 5.5 die.... I should have paid attention to JD2 over the holiday, they may have offered a deal...
 
How much do those dies usually run?
 
Ooo, $280. They have come down in price!
 
Damn!
Since I've used and housed the bender for some time, and plan to use and house it again, I'd be willing to kick in my share towards that die.
