The dam at Sycamore is sealed up and working! Two theories; there has been a huge flood, lots of areas completely washed out, so debris washing down stream may have plugged it? The road has been graded, so the grader may have plugged it? Ether way, .

Water flowing over the dam, how it looked the day after Christmas and today.

The sand has already been somewhat restored, big improvement over the previous mud and rock.

On another note, shooters have already made a mess in some of the recently cleaned sites. Maybe I was expecting too much, after all it has been a whole week.

I have not gone wheeling on my 80 yet except for driving through the Desert in Arizona City looking for quail. I have around 100 birds in the freezer though.
