Are all brands of 275 70 18 tires same diameter ???

Do brands differ in actual diameter size. if I had happen to have a choice I would get the larger even though I know it wouldn't be much difference. Just curious.

They are different. There's a couple threads over in the 200 forum that have some details. But, bottom line: there is so little solid data on the differences between brands/sizes and the differences are so small that it's not worth pursuing as a purchase decision point. The only thing that seems to matter is whether some tires rub a bit more/less in some circumstances than others. So buy on other features, IMHO.

They'll be close, you can check the manufacturer's sites for exact height measurements.
