I like those... a lot. It does look pretty "period correct" as you mentioned. Do you mind posting up a little review on 'em or making a few more pics? I'd like to hear your comments on the "hybrid" reflector in there. Does it throw a good far light? How about the side to side movement? Is it a noticeable difference above and beyond what the low/high beams put out?
I've had these "Ingress Protection Factor" IPF 968's since '06. They're about the same as the rectangular 868's. Hybrid reflector is a good theory, but they don't throw any farther than my HIR bulb high beams. I've tested them during a completely dark sky night.
Just a little wider coverage up close. I have yellow halogens bulbs in now for snow and fog. Costco had the 968's for around $90 years ago. I got mine from the outfitter that sold me the ARB bumper. Oh, and, they look period correct.

I love the output of my Lightforce 240 blitz lights. Might be a bit big to fit in an ARB, but they fit well in the Ironman bumper imo. The Lightforce 170 Strikers might be a good choice for an ARB bumper. Definitely bad to use when other drivers are around, but when used with clear covers and in adjustment, they light things up over a half mile. Can't even imagine the HID Lightforce.

Alright fellas, the IPF 800xs are on the vehicle. Had a few nights to run around with them and I am impressed. The quality seems to be top notch and the light pattern is effective, especially for halogen.

Here are a few pics...

I had to remove them to make room for the Warn 12k winch. I also had problems with cooling after i installed the Super Charger.

Now that's a lot of lights.

Lol 21 after market lights. And two of those being light bars! And then like 17 strobes witch I can make steady so those could act like lights as well :)

Edit- I forgot some 23:p

What do you mean by problems with cooling? Can you be more specific?

I have noticed my temps are a few degrees higher now but in this cold weather, nothing to be concerned about. It's an excuse to do some cooling modifications next spring.
