Holy crap, I just realized (thanks to this thread) that ARB US Headquarters is like 1/4mi from where I work! Wonder if I should hang out there on my lunchbreak cleverly dropping hints....
I bought my ARB winch bumper from them, and it was delivered promptly. That was almost 2 years ago now, so I don't know how much, if any, difference a period of time would make. Mine was a little scuffed up when it arrived, but other than that, I was pretty happy with my experience with Oconee...........Anyone have any feed back on Oconee Off-Road?
I ordered my arb 8/2/10 from them, they said none in stock which i figured. Said wait 2-3 weeks and we will have it. Then I asked again at the 2 week mark. Still no bumper. Another email later they said at the LATEST it would be the 10th of sep. Now its the 13th and still no bumper. Emailed them again and got this: The bumper is in Louisiana. They do not have it on inventory yet. As soon as they do it will ship and I will have tracking for you.
So they will have had my money for 2 months for a item that should have came in around the 16th of august.
ugh.

My wait period was nothing like what you've described, so it sounds like they're giving you the run-around!

They have great deals for locals...... on returns and bent and dinged up bumpers plus you don't have the $200 in shipping charges.
I got my winch version from autoanything.com. It was $785 shipped.
the only list the LX450 as the vehicle they sell it for, but the bumper is the same for all years of the 80 series.
It took about 3 weeks to get it - drop shipped from arb usa.

How long ago did you purchase your bumper? I can't find it on their site. 10% off and free shipping would bring it down quite a bit i would think.
