ARB Bullbar supports. (1 Viewer)

Can anyone help me with dimensions and fixing method for the supporting arms for the ARB "catchers mask" bulbar. The tabs are part of the bulbar but I'm not clear about the attachment to the chassis rails. It looks to me like a new hole will have to be drilled on the side of the chassis rail??

The angled braces can be seen in the picture below. I imagine they are approximately 50mmX10mm flat bar with a slight bend on one end at the Chassis fixing point, but if I can confirm that and the fix at the chassis, it would be great.

Mount the supports on bar loosely - find middle of frame, drill hole. I just did it - i didn’t use the supplied ‘location’ in the manual and went with the middle, slightly above middle of frame.

I pulled one of mine out of the box. It is the reissue bumper from a couple of years ago, but should be the same. I don't have a protractor to get that angle but I took a picture right above it so you can figure it out.

That’s my old 40 Tan 40 in the pic. I did exactly as @mattressking suggested above. Didn’t have instructions with mine so just lined the support bars up and drilled. Solid as a rock!

This is my $85 Craigslist find which included aux lights and mounting bracket. It has the tabs for the frame support pieces. I have two metal straps I plan to use. Could give over all length and where the bend is located. Where these right and left or does the bend 90° bend straight across?

I measured the one I had with the metric tape for our down under OP. Converting via google- length is 22.83 so just a tick over 22 7/8 overall. The bend is straight up so either side is the same. The bend is in 1 1/2" from the end.

Love the Pollux Orange 40 color! Smokin deal on the bumper too.
