Hello...if there is a better rendezvous location for those coming from Tucson, I'm in the group of folks that might take advantage of not going out of the way to Oracle, unless it's just better to all meet in Oracle. Thx!
Few of us are heading through reddington pass and ending at rendezvous. Otherwise I-10 to benson and head North. Let us know if you want to join up with us.

Thanks much! Redington Road is pretty bad right now! Not to be a wuss, but the road condition does fluctuate and it ain’t great right now for what that’s worth. Especially for people with leaf-sprung vehicles lol.

Like bad as in rough? Or trail is difficult?

Not difficult, just potholes from all the water. Gotta exercise those shock absorbers! 10 psi smoothes it out a lot.
Yes…just super pot-holey. That, or buried rocks with their heads poking up 5” into the roadway. Not like just after they go through with a blade and you can almost go 30 miles an hour.

@Abigail , do you have a number of campers and location for camping?

with 24 attending, we need two groups of 12. Possibly let most of the campers go second since they can hang longer. Let me know if you want me to lead the second group

Should be at least 25 - I didn't make it onto Abigail's list but am planning to camp Friday night and meet Y'all at the loop turnoff Saturday morning and camp Saturday night. Sunday it's off to Cruise Moab :bounce::bounce2:

I’m guessing a few will drop by next weekend, but still manageable.

I am no longer going to attend. Going to use the time to swap out rear coils and fix an airbag leak. Have fun everyone!!

I'm in, coming from Tempe bringing girlfriend & kids, not camping. If you have the HAM frequency to share now I can look it up to set my GMRS to match. Thanks.

We run 146.460 on ham and a few of us will be running GMRS probably on channel 20

Rare day off, love to meet you all at the Circle k, but everything came together for the transfer case swap Saturday.
Have fun and take lot's of pics!

This one is turning into a traffic jam:p I'm out. Seriously though, some conflicts have come up. Catch y'all on the flip side. Be safe and have fun!

By the way - if anyone was planning on driving through Florence to get to Oracle - DON'T!!!!

My wife reminded me that its Country Thunder weekend in Florence - you have been warned!!!!

Might think about driving through Superior and meeting at the Circle K in Mammoth then driving down River Road to San Pedro, Redington, & Cascabel roads. Light traffic on US 60 once you get past Florence Junction. Or drive through Mammoth on the way down south to the Oracle Circle K.

I'm gassing up at the Mammoth Circle K (if they haven't run out of gas) Friday afternoon and camping at the Cabin Loop Road turnoff. Meet y'all at the turnoff Saturday morning.

Good call. I was planning to go through Florence. Do you have the GPS track for the trail?

And I am now out unless I can figure out the horrendous start up rattle that has developed. I doubt I’ll be able to make it.

Steve, great advice (and choice of picture).
