I'd be in for it as long as I can cancel at least part of my cabin registration at this point. I will be bringing my dog though, as the wife is coming on Friday and we obviously haven't made any arrangements to board Jackson, since I was planning on bringing him. So, a pet-friendly house would definitely be best for me too.

RGR, Will check on parking. From the pictures it looks like there is plenty but you never know. We will be bringing our dogs as well so pet friendly is a must for us as well, which is always a bummer as it limits the options to about 10% of the homes out there (great thing about camping).
You should be able to get your registration cancelled but if it is not 7 days out you lose your deposit. I think our deposit was around $50 so yours is probably the same or less as we were going to be there all week.
I'm still trying to figure out how to get the kayaks we had rented there (was going to throw them on the trailer) so we might not have those if anyone else planned on going. I think we can rent them local though so we will probably just do that.
Will post options soon as the agency opens around 830 I think.

Wow that is a long link. OK we really only had two places to chose from once we looked at bedroom situations, parking availability, and of course the ever loving dogs (someone can have mine if the want to take them back with them
)
But we already rented the place and don't feel any obligation to stay if you don't want to change your plans but we would love to have everyone in one spot. We just cancelled our reservations at Frisco so that is open if anyone wants that spot and is coming last minute now. They do have a washer and drier. While the kitchen is a little small I'm sure we will make do. The deck wasn't as large either but I think we will spend a lot of time driving out on the beach and doing other activities. This is a 3 minute walk to the beach or the sound as it is right n the middle. There is a 60 foot driveway so plenty of room for the truck and trailer(s). I figured Brian and family will take the bunk bedrooms since you have the two little ones and it provides a bed for everyone.
We will arrive Monday and are departing Sunday late morning. If anyone knows of any good kayak rentals near by in Frisco let me know. We cancelled our reservation here for them. I'm thinking it will be a good time with wind fest to go out and learn to kite board.

Bunk room is fine with us, I have 4 kayaks and one for a little one...
I think with this change, Tuesday for us was packing, so with less stuff, we'll arrive on Tuesday.

I should talk with Joe as I know he was going to give us a ride around but don't know for sure which day he is coming. I know throwing in the third row takes out a lot of your usable storage room. If you have some room and time to spare though I think that would be great.
Sweet with the Kayaks but we can always rent more if Joe or Allen and wives want to come along. Awesome that you are going to show up Tuesday. We will probably just spend the day relaxing on the beach Monday. I need some decompression time from work and the beach is just what the doctor ordered.
Weather is looking a little skosh though. Hopefully the rain holds out and the temps raise a couple degrees. We are starting to turn in to Southerners and thinking near 70 is cold
It is probably already 80 outside here right now.EDIT: Linens are not provided. You will need to bring your own. I guess.

.hey if ya'll come north let me know. I will be up there all week and weekend...getting my bar opened back up for the season. Friday is opening day so if you guys are up there at least stop by for a beer. I may be able to lead you guys up to see the horses again. Unfortunately I don't have a cruiser that is running right now...been out of the country goofing off for the past two months so no time for turning wrenches.

Ok heres the latest, we are ariving Thursday Evening. Staying at Lighthouse view Motel mile marker 61 in Buxton. Oceanfront with heated pool!!! $105 per night King Suite with Kitchen.

All, address is 54229 HWY 12, Frisco, NC. Google Maps put us a block ahead based on that address, so if you get to the Quartered Deck Restraunt on the right past Frisco Woods, go back about a 83 yards (per Jason's accurate guesstimate...haha).
