Now that I permission to post again, I want to apologize
for all of my past negative posts.
I finally got a chance to see the FJ Cruiser in person, and
I really like it.
I think I am going to unload my Jeep and get one.

I am afraid it is !!
I have been getting screwed around by my dealer, so it
is going to be goodbye Daimler/Chrysler.

Live and learn :)

Been there, done that.

Just got rid of my 03 Rubicon

I loved it -
I'd still recommend one if anyone ever asked my opinion -
I used it in all types of terrain, and used it hard in a few (unplanned) situations.
I was happy with it.
BUT----
I sold it last week on ebay and it brought 2k over what the toyo dealer was wanting to give (as expected).

I am much happier with the FJC.
It has more power
It's quieter and smoother
It has (close) to the same axle - txfer case ratios
It has a relatively small wheelbase.
It has it's Daddy's eyes-

Getting it lifted on Friday with some tall tires, etc...

---Need to edit my signature---

Daimler/Chrysler SUCKS, I should have waited to
see the FJC in person before buying the Jeep.

I admit that I was "stirring" then, but I really have seen
it now and I really think it is COOL.

i have heard many people talk about how easy they navigate off road! they go over many obsticals where the old 40's 36" loaded stumble. Its nice to see a quality built truck being offered to the masses.

What is this tripe...

What is johnny talking about?
An FJ40 or a Rubicon?
Either way my 37 inch shod 40 does not stumble around, especially if I use my SM420's 7-1 first gear.
