Not the second row, the front seats.

Got it, I fixed it by placing them in the glove box. I assume they will just keep popping off.

Its a protector for the seat positioning sensor, so your air bags know where the seat is etc.
My guess is they are getting pulled off by purse straps or backpack straps etc.
I would put them back on, whatever pulled these off in the first place could get down there again and pull at the sensors and that could be a bad time.
