I'm in need for a drier relocation kit for my 1995 LC. Is anyone selling these or know of someone who is? This would be for the R134a system.

Not sure if a “kit” exists, but there are many A/C shops (at least here in Australia) where you can buy individual components (fittings, hose, driers etc) and make up your own lines. You can buy the clamping tools (a few hundred dollars) or just make the lines up and take them to a shop to be crimped. (Most A/C shops will crimp for a few bucks, or free if you intend to get them to recharge the system).
Final note, driers need to mounted upright, there are specific versions that can be mounted lying down (mostly from tractors).
I very highly recommend you spend half an hour reading through the technical guide from cool drive. There is a lot of useful information on A/C systems and while moving some hoses is fairly simple, it’s better if you have a good idea how the entire system works. Read from page 895 onwards...

I second the desire for a kit. Meaning everything needed comes in a box with directions.

Super nice guy and great looking parts (I haven't gotten to installing them yet) . Comes with everything to relocate the dryer by the battery, new dryer and lines, pressure sensor and instructions.
