Anyone having this issue installing Slee Rear E-locker gaurd plate? (1 Viewer)

Just got one of the new slee e-gaurd plates for the rear. It's built awesome! Lines up perfect and made real nice. Unfortunately, it seems like the bolts are too long, even with the spacers/washers included. Anyone else having the same issue? I will call Slee on Monday and I am sure they could help me but I am working on it real-time and wondering if I am missing something.
