Anyone have an STL or equivalent file for a set of EGR “key chains”? (1 Viewer)

I need to get a couple of these. (I live in Texas, thanks.) SInce the original folks don’t sell them anymore, I need to find an alternative.

Send/Cut/Send does a fine job machining aluminum like this, I need a file I can send them, or something close I can manipulate in one of the 3d programs. I can make one myself, but typically someone here has already done this.

I figured I’d ask. Or…if anyone has a set, or knows of another vendor making them for the 80 that I’m not aware of, I;d always rather support a mud vendor.

Buy the gaskets and use them as patterns. You can make them at home with a drill, jigsaw and files. Or scan them to make a file for Send Cut Send.

I have the existing EGR pipes that I can replicate, as I said in my post,

“I can make one myself, but typically someone here has already done this.”

I also have a full set of gaskets, I’m just checking to see if anyone has already knocked these out, or if anyone is selling the blanks.
I’ll probably mock them up in fusion 360 tomorrow. They are about as simple as you could want. I guess I’ll post a link here to the file once I’m done in case anyone else needs them.

There are a various sizes available from online sources (not specifically for the 1FZFE AFAIK), might be something out there that fits?

Rough measurements FWIW:

EGR Valve: mounting holes center-to-center ~58mm, height at center ~28mm, width ~75.5mm

EGR Pipe: mounting holes center-to-center ~37mm, height at center ~30mm, width ~55mm

Who has deleted EGR on 1FZFE?

I left mine on the engine but disabled it by capping the vacuum lines and shorted the temp sensor to prevent the CEL. Probably not as good as physically removing the whole system but only took 10 minutes.

There have not been many replies on the hardware discussions recently; I had all but the first one open in other tabs. Thanks for confirming the measurements, though; that confirms what I had. I like two sets of eyes, I am terrible with measurements.

I've been drawing them up this morning. I think I've got them just about right. I'll probably get a few sets made in 6061 with a tumbled finish, so if anyone needs some, send me a DM.

SCS has a 29.00 minimum, but they are cheap as dirt each, so it makes sense to get a few.
