Anyone ever seen an aftermarket 100 series hood like this?

I was thinking I would get car bondo filler, sand it and then paint it. Good idea?

Mine is functional / easily available in the UK without worrying much about the asthetics.

I would think you'd need to tack on a place to act as a backer for the bondo. Don't know how well putty alone would bridge a 3/8" hole.

My mistake. I meant functional for an intercooler. BTW, I just powder coated my tjm t3 black including the hoop after seeing yours. Thanks for the inspiration.

They look good like that. I expect I also saw a picture of someone else' somewhere and was inspired by it :)

There was a thread a few weeks ago about drifting in 100's in the UAE. If I recall correctly some of those had scooped hoods. Might be able to call/email the company and ask?

Run down to your local ace or other hardware store and pick up some black plastic hole plugs. Cheap easy solution till you figure things out.

That sounds like a plan. I think that's what I'll do until I cone up with a permanent option. Thanks!

go with the hole plugs; it'll look better than duct tape, and more durable too

Hey Jon, what kind of roof rack is that?

It was one of my experiments, some bits of tube wrapped round ordinary Rhino bars to look like a rack, gone now to make way for more experiments :)

i saw your swap of the 1vd turbo diesel engine on here ( i is nooby:doh:) I have tried finding prices (let alone this engine) for a swap into 80 maybe at some point. I saw the predator videos but still no price. Any idea what u paid for engine and labor? I know the one mentioned isnt an 80 but wud still give me a ball park idea. thanks
