Well, if you want new, Clifford makes a reproduction of the C series manifold, which will fit either a square or spread bore, and is an open plenum design. I think it's $400, though.
I got both of my dual ports on e-bay, though. Keep in mind that there's 2 different dual port manifolds: One to fit an F, and one to fit a 2F. The only difference is the number of holes on the bottom to bolt up the heat riser. So, if you have a header, you could run either manifold. They'll also only take a square bore carburetor, which basically leaves you running an Edelbrock Performer or a Holley whatever (haven't heard anything good about the holleys, so haven't bothered figuring out which would fit).
Also keep in mind that you'll need to convert the gas pedal over to cable actuated, and figure something out for the air filter as well. Since open filters suck, that probably means some sort of snorkel. I've been doing the math, and by the time it's all said and done, to convert my 2F to a 4 barrel Edelbrock (1404 is manual choke, 1403 is electric, in the 500CFM size) will cost me about 850-900 bucks. That's manifold, carburetor, gas pedal, snorkel, air cleaner, plenum, off road carb mods, and metering/jet adjustment kits for the carb. And I won't even have fuel injection yet :'(
Though, it's much easier to find fuelie setups that will fit a 4 barrel. Ditto for propane mixers.
I just realised that by the time I'm all said and done, I'll have about 5,000 dollars into my 2f. As much as I love it, for that price, a 383/ranger overdrive combo would be a much better route to take. I'm only keeping the 2f because I can't pass smog without it. And no, the offenhauser will NOT pass an under hood. You'll need to keep the stock intake/carb around to do that.
