This poor cactus could not handle the 2"+ of rain we experienced last Thrusday.
I have heard there is value in a dead saguaro when dried out for various projects.
If you see value in this 5' cactus PM me and haul it away or its going in the trash.

Young saguaro..


They take a while to dry out but the internal framework of them really is pretty cool.
The larger frames go for quite a bit of money..
 
I'll take a couple of the ribs. Got no way to haul that as a whole but if you tear it up, snag me some ribs.
 
That isn't a saguaro.. It's a compass barrel, you can tell by the twists you see along the bottom.. Just figured I'd let you all know as I'm 99.99% sure on this.. I'll include a quick photo to help put the issue to rest but I managed a landscaping company so I have some clue..
