Any good 3fe mechanics in Portsmouth, Va?

Just looking for a good mechanic in the southern Va/ Northern NC area? I need someone to look at the head on my 1992 FJ80. I just don't know enough about how the head is constructed to know if the corrosion I found inside the head is terminal.
