Yea, I think tires and suspension first, maybe sliders. You can bet ARB will spit out a bumper right away. I think it would be fun to wheel it sorta stock.

Same as most rigs. Lift, tires, bumpers, sliders, skull shifter knob.

First, I plan to not buy one cause I have no money. With what's left, I will not buy a lift, tires or front bumper. I will, however, ride around in Jim and Nolen's lease FJCruisers and thumb my nose at the idiot dealer who keeps posting in the other thread...and who got his chili taken away. :crybaby:

I'm planning to have the SAS done on my FJCruiser during the summer of 2007. Hopefully it will be done in time for the 2007 Off Road Expo in Pomona.

Sorry. Forgot the details.

Front axle - undecided - coilovers
Rear axle - 1999 UZJ100 with Toyota e-locker - coilovers
Tires - 37 Toyo MT's or Yokohama MT's
Custom Front winch bumper, rear bumper, sliders
Custom roof rack
etc. etc.

I'll keep mine mostly stock for use as an expidition rig. Maybe a mild lift, roof top tent , winch/bumper, aux fuel tank, taller tires,........

<wakes up>

I probably won't be getting an FJ.

air lockers , lift and 35" tires for a start .....................................................

You guys have it all wrong. First mod would have to be chrome 20's, chrome Manik brushguard and tail light guards, tube side steps that hang down real low, and then 2000 watts for the stereo. Isn't that what the H2 owners do first?

I'm thinking Saws-All creating a removeable top, and ambi doors.

Hell, while we're at it, how about some drum brakes. :)
