Pull your front tires and hit those hubs with some black paint. I have included my biggest poser shot. Hit the calipers as well. Makes everything look very clean and uniform

Looks Great!!!!!

Edit: I am really liking the black on that color..... I might have to change mine from graphite to black..... Hmmmmm

If you can, try and borrow a set of wheels so you can get yours powder coated black... $65 a wheel is not a bad price.

No, not a bad price at all. But I know the powder coat will eventual get scratched and marked up from off road adventures. That is why I went the paint route. For less than $35 I can redo all 5 wheels with duplicolor wheel paint and have it look as good as powder coating. Of course, I havent had the rig off road since painting them. So, I have had experience with how they will hold up yet. I may change my mind. But, they have done great around town.

Got the 285/75/16 spare to fit under the truck this evening. Now it's ready for some trail action. Hopefully I can get out this weekend!

Figured I would update this thread a little.

Over the weekend, the Slee Bumper was installed and 866's. I still need to crank the torsion bars, but here is how it looks as of today. I still have to crank the front Torsion bars and install the 3rd brake light.

I need to install my HF Radio antenna and rear camera on the Slee Bumper, as well has powder coat the rear spare black to match the others. Seems like one is never done!

Thanks to some local hundy owners in Sol Cal for the help in this build - Bob -
rb4638 and Jonathan - Mxndrnks and Richard - 3rdCruiser...

I'm looking foward to some off roading in the near future to test out the new Build items

It was pretty easy to wire the lic plate light. I taped into the towing harness. There is a good thread in this forum on how to do it. Basically striped some of the installation from the upper left wire and taped into the hot lead. I then grounded the other blue wire to the frame.

I now need to wire up my reverse camera and Ham antenna.

Time for another update.

Great looking truck... Jut picked up my Hundy and am setting off spec'ing the build. I read yours a couple of times, but missed which sliders you ended up going with? It appears ARB, but wanted to clarify!
