Awesome rig mate! Like the approach you're taking with it - focusing on making it practical and usable without going over the top. Kinda what I'm trying to achieve with my project... although I do tend to go OTT...So, everything has been finally reassembled, i really couldn't be happier.
I started with rust proofing the underneath of fender flares, they can collect tons of crap along with road salt, everybody knows that is not a good thing in a long term. What i used is one kind of underbody rust protective wax. I applied three coats just to make sure i don't have to do any kind of rust fixes in future. At least i hope so. After some drilling and test fitting it was time to screw the flares on for good and seal the body-flare seam with black silicone, i think that turned out quite nice.
Products i used. Torx screws are super nice invention.

Not a perfect fit but good enough for a hunting rig.

Screw heads may need some black paint?

Are you still liking the Raptor finish? That's exactly what I've been thinking of using so I'm interested to know your thoughts so far. All positive?
Keep up the good work!
Cheers (from Mongolia right now)![]()
