I haven't had my charcoal canister on since my 40 was "stock" before the 350 conversion. As of right now I have a vent where the canister used to be, but there is a prominent smell of gas and I don't like the idea of gas fumes in my engine bay. I am running a Edelbrock 1406 (until I can get a quadrajet) which has no canister vent on it. Also, the smog control went with the 2F so stock diagrams confuse me. I've included pictures of what I'm working with at the moment. Can somebody help me with the connections of the charcoal canister with my current set up? Also, can somebody tell me what the hoses with the red arrows are pointing to go to, because I think they may have used to been hooked up to the canister?
