This was a relatively secret trail and has been spotless every time I've been there. Word is getting out, I hope it hasn't gotten messed up. We need to do our best to minimize impact and pick up trash, I'd hate to loose this one.

Hey guys, just to let you know we are shooting for an alternate camping area so you guys can have teh one along teh draw. I did however say that those in our group who want to party past midnight can go up to that spot cos our new spot will considered the "mellow" camp area.

FWIW - The National Weather Service is predicting temps of 81/62 for Saturday and 79/59 for Sunday with a chance of thundershowers (30% Sat/40% Sun). Sounds good...

Well, that's always hard to predict - especially with this trail and crowd - based on the posts its between 8 and 19, before sandodono and excluding the TTORA group. But that's about standard - first time we did the trail was 17 trucks. Last time we had the trail team and ran it in 3 groups. So, whatever...it'll be fun, and cooler than Phoenix.

I know this is because I am new and only been to 4 meetings, But I have the worst memory in the world and cant put names with face with the forum names or which rig they drive? How about a short list of the regulars to the meets and whose going this weekend. And I dont want to hear no crap from you Mr. Tool Man Kevin about how this post is added to my stupid post list. Hey there azrider.
I have been having trouble making the meetings. Work and ****, but I am a go for meeting at the gas station at 8 am along with sandadono. I have a sun fusion FJ like bluesdawg, however I have a lightbulb on the dash and stickers on the back windows. There will be a voodoo and possible another sun fusion along for the trek up to Payette. If you want to have a phone number, pm me and I will get it to you. We have cb's too.

OK... on to the questions. About how long does it take to drive from Chandler to Payson? I've only come back that way and have never timed it. And what CB channel we gonna be on?

I think its about 1 hour or so to get to payson. We haven't decided on a cb channel but 4 sounds good to me.

From Chandler it is about ~80miles with hills give yourself 1 1/2 hours.

FYI - I have been up to Payson 2 of the last 4 weeks and encounter police radar coming into and going out of town.
