Thanks for calling me today and catching me up with what's happening on your end. I found the box, inside a box my wife packed during our move last week. Sorry for the confusion and thanks for understanding. For all buyers following this thread, Tim did ship the product as promised and I did receive it. It was just misplaced during my move without my knowing it came in. It looks like a great product and I look forward to installing it.
