Anybody running the 60 gallon Husky Pro 3.2 hp compressor for painting?

Which gun are you using with the Husky?

I have a grand for compressor and gun, filters etc... The 60gallon compressor looks usable and under $500.

Any thoughts and comments would be greatly appreciated

3.2hp isn't much. I would have a hard time believing it could keep up with any gun for more than 20 seconds at a time. You'll need to find out what the CFM output of the compressor is and compare it to what your gun needs. I would be looking at 5hp at the bare minimum.

Also, if you'll be painting, you'll probably be doing body work, too. Air sanders require A LOT of air. Now your talking an even bigger compressor.
