I’m looking for two latches as one is still on there.

@65swb45 sorry to bring up an old thread but do you have any of these still available by chance?

If Mark doesn't have spares, my method is to purchase 17703-17010 from Toyota.

It is is a dust catcher for the cyclonic air cleaner and it yields two new clips once removed from the cap. Around $15 from your local dealer.
