I always hesitated to put the AHC in comfort when off road. I always thought it would put more strain on the system. What setting do yall keep it in on a trail that is rocky?
Off road I leave mine in comfort setting. Maybe I'm wrong, but I've always felt the softer suspension is easier on bushings and tires.

The manual is a little confusing on this. It states comfort is recommended for "bumpy roads", but then for unpaved surfaces it says use 3 or 4 (sport modes). Either way, I don't think you'll damage anything in comfort mode and it sure does make it more enjoyable.

I use full sport (position 4) when doing two tracks or borderline crawling. Reduces compression some so I don't slam the underside if sliding off a ledge or into a rut.
