Well, I know it is one more thread about 35" tires but I try to find some answers. I think I read all threads on this topic but still have some shade conclusions.

It is a lot of saying about KDSS rubbing etc but here in Europe my car doesn't have kdss. Small chop, heat, bend in fender plastic trim is not problem for me. Tire sizes in Europe are not same as in USA. I can not get 35x12.5... the closest is 315/70r17 (34.4")

My 2012 LC200 has Rival front bumper, BP 51 with OME UCA (I deleted AHC), current OEM 17x8 ET60 wheels with 30mm spacers 285/70r17 tires. But I ordered Sparco Dakar wheels 17x8.5J ET25 and plan is to install 315/70r17. Hope that wont be problem with full lock at sway bar because no kdss... I saw in few threads that there is rubbing in UCA at full lock which is UNACCEPTABLE for me. I can not do Tundra swap in any case because it doesn't exist in Europe. At least not in my country. Does anyone have similar settings to mine with 315/70r17 tires and full necessary "to do" list. Can you confirm/deny UCA rubbing issue? I saw that 34"ish or 285/75r17 seems to be sweet spot. Should i stick to it?

I currently have 35s(285/75R18) on my 2”lifted lc200. I took off the front mud flaps, trimmed the front of the bumper, and heat bended the inner liner. I’m running stock wheels with a 1.25 spacer. The only rub I get is when full lock to the right at kdss bar. I will be putting on some 34s 285/75r17 +25mm offset hopefully this weekend so I can let you know if they are better.
BTW Toyo makes a 35/11.5R17

Thanks for info about Toyo 35x11.5 r17. I have to ask mu tire dealer can he provide it. In Europe it is little different than USA with tires and sizes. Any specific reason why go from 35" to 34"? Please, let me know when you install it on car. I did not ordered any tires yet because it shortage of tire at the moment. I can get only Yokohama Gelandar AT g015 at the moment

A point that may help is that your setup and clearances will mirror those of the LX570 here in the states the most. As your rig was originally AHC, and as you mentioned you don't have KDSS, which will give you the best chance to fit full fat 35s.

My setup will be close to what you'll need to do for 315/70r17, that specs out to ~34.4" x 12.7". My 35x12.5s spec to 34.5" x 12.5". A difference is that you'll be running slightly more aggressive +25 offsets compared to my +35 offset. That'll put you really really tight, possibly just interfering against the upper fenders front and rear, where you'll need to roll/trim the fender a tad. And perhaps a bit of negative (-.5*) camber up front. Another strategy which you may need instead is to limit up travel to avoid fender interference. Or a bodylift.

This link is in my sig, but it'll give you most of the things you'll need to do, including a body mount chop.

Woow, you made a very detailed thread about fittment. Lot of things for keep eye on it. Two things worry me. Fender rolling, because we speak about millimeters to gain and UCA rubbing. Body mount and plastic trim seems fine to me. It looks like skinnier (285) tires work better to tuck in fender arch.

The main reason I went down to a 34 is to get rid of the kdss rub. Plus I have heard that after I add UCAs it will rub even worse. If I didn’t have kdss I would stay with the 35s.

I put the 285/75R17s(34s) on this weekend. Absolutely no rubbing.

Pics or it didn't happen.

Maybe I'll spot it in person around town.
