I am the third owner of an FJ80 JDM that was imported to Uganda. Would be interested in sending to the states for the right price. I can get compression tests on engine or any other information if there is genuine interest. I would be interested in somewhere around 25K

No market for that vehicle here. Your price is probably double of what somebody would pay for a RHD and 3FE here; and by double I’m being generous.

Needs to be a diesel… with a 1HD variant, 1HD-FT preferably and LHD to get a lot of interest here.

It’s a hard price point. You can get 1hd for around that price point. 3F isn’t as loved and 80s aren’t that rare.

If you get a 70 series diesel from there for that price point, that would be worth it

Rejection at port.

Vin has to decode to same sort of engine that is in the truck. You could put the truck in the container along with engine and whatever else and that would be fine, but the truck has to have same engine as it came from factory.
