Make sure you get all that diesel off the parts with a wax and grease remover prior to blasting and painting.

By “Silver parts” I’m assuming you’re talking about things like fuel lines that were originally plated. Getting those parts replated would be better money and time spent than pulling a frame apart prior to galvanizing.

Yup, fully aware of the diesel removal. I’ve got a cutter solution that pulls it all off.

Yes, the silver colored parts like the valve cover the fuel lines etc. I was already planning to have the fuel lines replated but the valve and other covers are just aluminum and I wanted to get all of the discoloration off to get that bright aluminum look and then clear coat it.
