SILVER Star
Afternoon all!
Some quick advice on two issues please:
1) My white FJ62 is running like a top but started leaking oil. Culprit is an old dry line coming out of the bottom of an oil cooler (Setrab USA) in front of the radiator installed by the PO. My question: the line is a little fussy to get to but I think I can remove/replace it. In doing so, I would make sure to "catch" the oil but in swapping the line do I need to worry about introducing air into the line or does in naturally exit at some point in the system?
(2) In popping the hood (which I've done a hundred times) this clip dropped down (picture below). I don't think (?) I dislodged it but rather it seems like it was just propped up behind the hood pull. Anyone have any idea what it is?
Thanks in advance for your help - and have a great weekend!
