Correct, when I did mine, I would turn off my car, make the link adjustment and turn back on, they would move from my previous measurementThey should adjust when you turn the car off and then back on.
Potential that the light was adjusted too far out with the screw adjustment wheel at the light itself and it broke the adjuster? Not sure if that would effect the auto adjust mechanism, but just something to consider?Yea, I get absolutely nothing. I'm a bit confused, and don't really know what to do next.
I dont think that'd be it, I've never touched it, and I'm the only owner. I've just kinda dealt with blinding people, but recently started driving it more and would rather not be that guy.Potential that the light was adjusted too far out with the screw adjustment wheel at the light itself and it broke the adjuster? I'm having trouble finding instructions on how to manually raise the headlight position on the 13-15 200. My in-cabin wheel doesn't raise them high enough. Can you help show me where the manual screw adjustment is in the engine bay? tytyThe motors are internal to the headlight bucket. But yes manual adjustment as the new starting point is a good move. Just don't go too far with those.. someone had the screw adjuster come apart internal to the headlight and had to replace the whole thing. Two turns should be fine.

Thanks man! So, just to confirm, the holes in the white plastic are for the HID bulb adjustments? And, for the pass side, I turn right to raise; and for the driver's side I turn left to raise?First pic shows the direction to turn

Second is the passenger side up/down slot where you insert a screwdriver, and the star wheel that a long philips one will turn. Note that 13-15 comes with a white plastic contraption on it that relays any adjustment to the low beam to the high beam also. I had to remove this to get the high and low correct on my new headlight buckets, so I adjust them separately. the long screw with the 8mm hex on the end is up/down for the high beam.

This picture shows the left/right screwdriver hole. The black hole in the white plastic. Again, long philips is needed here.

Look closely at the little diagrams on yours to tell which direction to turn. Thanks man! So, just to confirm, the holes in the white plastic are for the HID bulb adjustments? And, for the pass side, I turn right to raise; and for the driver's side I turn left to raise?
I adjusted and moved around, felt like the lights weren't where I wanted them, ran it as low as I could get them to go. In the end I don't get flashed as often. But it happens. I can't do anything else at this point. So I say C.I’m installing the carb linkage fix and I’m unable to get the lights to lower enough. When I crawled underneath I did notice that the OEM linkage was not installed correctly, this had to be from the “adjustment” made by the shop that installed the lift a couple years ago.
Anyway, at this point I’m not sure if:
A: the adjusting sensor is damaged or just out of adjustment because of the improper “adjustment” spun the arm out of position.
B. if I need to manually adjust the lights.
C. Eff it and run it as is.
Following the TJM instructions, my measurements are as follows:
Before adjustment: 54 inches high (Top blue tape in picture)
After adjusting: 42 inches high. (Location of light in picture)
Max allowable hight per TJM 36 inches. (Bottom tape in picture)

On a side note, based on my findings today I’ve earned every one of the angry flashing lights and curses from drivers I’ve been blinding.
Possibly stupid question, but how far from the wall are you supposed to be when you take these measurements?I’m installing the carb linkage fix and I’m unable to get the lights to lower enough. According to the TJM instructions you should be 16.4 feet (5 meters) from the wall. Lights should be between 29-36 inches high (760-915mm) high.Possibly stupid question, but how far from the wall are you supposed to be when you take these measurements?
@Casual Cruiser do you recall where in Techstream for the adjustment ?Have you tried techstream and a level floor to park on to recalibrate your headlight levels. Since recalibrating my 2018 after my lift I have been pleased with the aim. Techstream leads you through the process. No screwdrivers needed. They are auto adjusting headlamps.
Gavin - If we make it to Relic Run in April, I will bring a laptop w working Techstream and we can try on your truck.I adjusted and moved around, felt like the lights weren't where I wanted them, ran it as low as I could get them to go. I have not heard of this event but a quick search fixed that. It’s about 4 hours from me and during our kids spring break so it is a possibility for us.Gavin - If we make it to Relic Run in April, I will bring a laptop w working Techstream and we can try on your truck.
@Artie - that’s a fun event, should not be too far for you. Always good to have a few more 200’s at the event.
Don't think I'll make relic run, I'm in for Cruise Moab, so I'll be squaring up for that at that point. We'll catch up somewhere I'm sure.Gavin - If we make it to Relic Run in April, I will bring a laptop w working Techstream and we can try on your truck.

We are in the middle of a major home remodel so don't have ready access to check. It wasn't hard to find from my memory of the adjustment. It was a headlight calibration adjustment for the auto leveling feature.@Casual Cruiser do you recall where in Techstream for the adjustment ?
