If you can gain access to basic power tools you could just make yourself a set. I work with ABS a lot and we just cut it with the table saw, band saw, or jig saw. Sanding of cut edges can be done with a disc sanded, belt sander, or just about any other powered form of sander. When the edges are relatively smooth run a de-burring tool around the edge for that professional looking finish.
You'd be surprised how cheap ABS is and how easy it is to work with.
