Glad to see this procedure is still serving the aging 100 fleet.

This is a known error in the FSM and has caused a bunch of 100 owners to run short of the fluid needed to finish a drain and fill.

3.5 to 4 qts. to be safe on a drain.

This is still helpful today thanks y’all!

I can't for the life of me get the pan off the trans. Tried sticking a razor blade in between to cut it but it's hard as a rock. A crucial error I may have made was the trans was cold before I started?

Putty knife started at Driver's Side rear corner and 'tapped' forward with a small hammer will get that side loose with ease. Then just pry the pan down after that.
