Glad to hear it got done under warranty, I'm still waiting for mine to fail :hhmm:...

Find a steep rock ledge and floor it so that you bounce a foot in the air 3 or 4 times. That seems to work well:eek::rolleyes::hillbilly::bounce::bounce2:. Good to hear from you, Drew.:D

MY RETINAS! Oh wait, that was Alvin's fault. :D

Alvin did the same thing to me at Chiva this past weekend.

Why does Alvin try to blind everyone on the trips he leads?

I just remember the "Whoa! Bouncing is Not Good!"

I'm suprised Chris made it back with what was it? five or six plugs in his sidewall?

Lost count, but I put more than six and more were added later!:hillbilly: Waiting on an update on what the tire store has to say?

They have not seen the tires yet, but I called ahead and two new tires will be at Discount waiting for me tomorrow. I washed the truck, it looks less suspicious now. I think I hit a curb at the mall:rolleyes:

Just a bad day for me, got back from a trip to NM and was backlogged.

As promised, pictures of the carnage:whoops:. The technicians report/findings were that there was "excessive backlash" that caused the gear failure:eek:. He also said it wasn't as bad as a number of others he'd seen. My thought was that it wasn't as bad as it sounded and I was suprised that it did not get more chewed up based on how far I had to drive it to get back:steer:.
