Hey Everyone,
A few weeks ago I took my A/C system apart as it was completely empty.
I replaced all seals and was just putting it back together as I noticed that all pipes have a hole for a spring dowel pin (if this is even the correct word - sorry I'm no native speaker), but only a few actually have one inserted.
Surely only one side of a joint would have one, but for example the connection between the condenser and the pipes doesn't have one on either side even though both sides have the holes.
Now I'm wondering if I or the previous owner lost them or if they were never there to begin with.
If they are supposed to be there: Does anybody know the part numbers? The holes measure ~3, 4 and 4.5mm.
Cheers,
Mark
