I did a search on Wiki today about Land Cruisers... in the section regarding the 80 series is a line about the Toyota plant in Venezuela that produced it's last FJ80 in 2008. I dont think your import laws would allow it. I think there is a 20 or 25 year old and older limit.
Ive heard of people in military getting nissan skylines shipped from japan while they were on deployment there, but i'm sure you pay a bundle for international laws and trade agreements and im sure you have to have it approved by the DMV or whatever handles that to make sure its safe and legal to drive stateside.
